Online withdrawal
If you are a consumer and bought a course online, a statutory right to withdraw may normally apply for 14 days from the agreement. The exact right can depend on what was purchased, whether teaching or digital access has started, and any express request you made for a service to begin during that period. This page is not intended to remove any right you may have under applicable law.
Before a batch starts
If you need to cancel or move to a later batch before teaching starts, send a request as soon as you can. We will check your purchase, the published batch details and any statutory rights, then confirm the available outcome in writing.
After teaching starts
Live teaching, materials and recordings can make a later cancellation different from a request made before access starts. We will consider the actual course status, the access already provided and the terms accepted at checkout. You can always ask us to review your circumstances.
Refund reviews
Approved full refunds remove paid access for the relevant batch. A partial refund or a request affected by course delivery, access already used or a payment dispute is reviewed individually. Stripe payments are returned to the original payment method where possible. We do not promise a refund before the request has been reviewed.
How to request help
Use the online request form so we can acknowledge it and keep a clear record. Include the email used at checkout and your course or payment reference if available. We will send an acknowledgement and explain the next step. You can also ask a question on WhatsApp, but the online form is the best route for a formal withdrawal or refund request.
