The academy
These terms apply to course registrations and classroom access provided by Stockholm IT Academi AB, trading as Stockholm IT Academy. Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to your purchase are not limited by these terms.
Course information
Each course or cohort page describes the intended curriculum, format, fee, start date and timetable available when you register. We may make reasonable changes to teaching order, examples, tools or session dates where this improves delivery or is necessary. If a material change affects you, we will explain the available options in writing.
Enrolment and payment
Your place is confirmed when a payment succeeds or when we confirm an approved alternative payment arrangement. We record the course, cohort, price, currency and legal-document versions accepted with that registration. Stripe processes card payments. The academy does not receive your full card details.

Free-week access is limited to the published trial content and dates for the chosen cohort. It is not a paid enrolment and does not guarantee a paid place after the free week. If you decide to continue, the portal will show the relevant payment route. You can keep your account after the trial, but paid content remains locked until payment is confirmed.
Participation and respectful use
Live teaching, material and guidance support your learning. You are responsible for attending where possible, completing practice and using the classroom respectfully. Do not share login details, disrupt sessions, impersonate another person or use the portal to post unlawful, abusive or confidential material belonging to someone else.
Withdrawal and cancellation
When a consumer buys a course online, a statutory right to withdraw may normally apply for 14 days. The position can depend on the course, the timing of teaching or digital access, and any express request you make for the service to begin during that period. We do not ask you to give up a statutory right through this summary. Use the online withdrawal request below or contact us promptly so we can review the exact purchase.

Materials and recordings
Course notes, recordings, assignments and examples are provided for the enrolled learner’s personal study. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or use them to create a competing course without written permission. Classroom access may be suspended where there is a serious security, payment or misuse concern.
Learning and career outcomes
The academy provides teaching, practice and guidance. Completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, a particular salary or a specific language level. Results depend on your starting point, participation, practice and wider circumstances.
